1. How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed online by adding all the desired items to the shopping basket. Then simply follow the step by step instructions to finalise the order.

Orders can also be placed by email or by phone.


2. How long does delivery usually take?

Delivery takes 1-3 working days depending on the customers location.


3. Can I track my order?

Yes, after placing an order, customers will receive a tracking number which they can input into the "Delivery and Tracking" page. Customers will then know where their items are at all times.


4. How much is the delivery charge?

Delivery is charged at checkout at a fixed cost meaning that the price for delivery of one item is the same as ten items.


5. What is the quality of your products?

All of our items are of the finest Swiss and Austrian quality. This is guaranteed!


6. Can you send me a sample?

Unfortunately we do not provide samples however all of our items are of the finest Swiss and Austrian quality.


7. What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours are:

Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 GMT

Sunday 09:00 - 14:30 GMT


8. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept: PayPal Online, Credit Card Online, Bank Transfers and Cheques.


9. Can I make a wholesale order?

For wholesale enquiries including prices, please contact us via the 'Contact Us' page or alternatively phone us +44 (0) 207 247 9727. 

Please note that in order to qualify as a wholesale customer you must purchase a minimum of 20 items or 100 yards.


10. What is your return policy?

Returns and refunds are accepted as well as exchanges and store credit. Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date and must be in the same condition as they received it. Unless an initial mistake was made on our part, the customer will be liable for the cost of the returned parcel.
